By accessing magibizsolutions.com our products, services, downloads, or communications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

Magi Biz Solutions, LLC provides educational content, workshops, webinars, coaching/training and related materials across our brand listed above and our partner relationships.

3) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

4) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ and legally able to form a contract. You’re responsible for the security of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5) Purchases & Taxes

Prices are listed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6) Digital Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered via download or portal access immediately after purchase (unless otherwise noted). Keep your files and access links secure.

Unless otherwise stated, digital toolkits and templates are licensed for one practice/location (non-exclusive, non-transferable) for internal use only. No redistribution or resale. The full terms are in our License/EULA at /license.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services; (b) copy, redistribute, or resell our materials; (c) remove proprietary notices; (d) reverse engineer or mine our content to create competing products; (e) upload malware; (f) use our content to train AI models without written permission.

10) Intellectual Property

All content is owned by MBS or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

11) No Professional Advice

Our content is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Use your professional judgment and consult your counsel where appropriate.

12) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MBS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MBS harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach. Provisions that, by nature, should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations).
